- Legalize a child's birth certificate obtained in temporarily occupied territory
- Get a birth certificate in the absence of a medical birth certificate
- Get help for a child who has been injured as a result of war
- Get humanitarian aid
- Establish contact with a child or return him from abroad in case of removal of the child by one of the parents
